What types of photos should I use?

Photos should be a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and 1536 x 1024 pixels for clarity when printed. The photos may be blurry or pixelated if the resolution is less than 300 dpi and less than 1536 x 1024 pixels. Wedding party photos for programs are normally taken from a mobile phone due to the smaller sized image.

What is your return policy?

Our items are customized for our clients and require review and approval of a digital proof before printing. Due to this, no returns are accepted.

How many pages should I include?

Pages are available in front and back (2 pages) and groups or increments of 4.It depends on how much information you would like to include in your magazine. 4 pages works well to feature three or four pictures. If you would like to include more information such as fun facts about the bride/groom, bridesmaids’ names/pictures, word search, your love story, words of congratulations from family and friends; 8+ pages would be better suited.

What size options do you offer for magazines?

Our magazines are half size or 8.5×5.5. Coloring books are available in half size (8.5×5.5) and full size (11×8.5). Please subscribe to our mailing list or check our website regularly for updated sizes.

When should I order?

It is best to order 5 weeks in advance of when you require your item. If you would like to lock in your order for a specific month, we suggest ordering early before we close ordering for the month. 

Can I place a custom order for a design not listed on your website?

Yes. There is a custom design item available for purchase. A designer’s fee starting at $97 will be applicable. Custom design purchases have limited availability per month based on volume. We suggest you place your order early to ensure availability. Please contact us for all custom orders.

Does my order include envelopes?

Yes. All magazine and RSVP stationery (except for programs) include plain white envelopes.

Do you have samples?

Yes. We offer samples with free shipping. There is a $10.00 charge for domestic orders.

Is there a minimum purchase?

Yes. There is a 35 quantity minimum for magazine stationery and RSVPs and a 10 item minimum for luxury envelopes.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! We automatically offer discounts for orders of 100 or more quantity (of the same item). Our discounts range from 20% to 30%. If your item qualifies for a discount, it will be stated above the item description. Discount prices are shown in your cart after adding.

Can my order be rushed?

Yes. We offer rushed orders with an $169 fee and a 2 week production time. The fee also includes priority mail shipping. Rushed orders are typically received within 2.5 weeks, however, this can change based on when  or how quickly you approve your proof.

Please contact us with your due date and we will confirm if it is possible based on our current availability.

Will I see my item before it is mailed?

Yes. You will see your item digitally and be able to enter comments for adjustments. Once you review and approve, your item will then be printed and mailed.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping normally takes anywhere from 2 to 3 business days after production. Our average production time and delivery is 5 weeks, however this is also determined  by when you accept your proof. Shipping times can vary due to unforeseen mail carrier delays.

Can I use a wedding program for my birthday party invitation?

Yes! All of our designs are interchangeable! After you place your order, you will be sent a link to your client portal and questionnaires where you will have the opportunity to select from all of our magazine covers for your event.
